As an integral member of our organization, you will have a significant impact by providing essential support in various accounting areas, including general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
Collaborating closely with our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the entire accounting team, you will actively contribute to critical processes such as month-end close, account reconciliations, and audit preparations.
We are specifically looking for an individual who possesses exceptional analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and record journal entries for monthly financial close Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable subledgers Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports Support the annual audit process by providing documentation and answering inquiries Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions Job Type:
