Position Requirements Are you the missing puzzle piece we're seeking? You should possess:
A Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D) A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with children facing developmental delays, communication disorders, or autism spectrum disorders Clinical finesse in conducting assessments using ABLLS, AFLS, EFL, VB-MAPP, Vineland-3 - your mastery of these tools drives our success.
A track record of writing individualized treatment plans, and the know-how to develop materials that truly matter.
Exceptional leadership skills, from supervising clinical staff to closely monitoring progress.

The ability to connect with families, offering your expertise and support.
