Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk area - Coordinate and assist with various projects and tasks as assigned - Enter patient information accurately into the system - Assist with order entry and inventory management - Provide administrative support to the dental office staff - Help with event planning and coordination - Proofread documents and transcribe notes as needed - Act as a personal assistant to the office manager or dentist - Perform general clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Professional appearance and demeanor We offer competitive pay based on experience.
