Do you have great attention to detail? Do you get excited by numbers? Do you have a background in bookkeeping or accounting? Are you able to multitask and prioritize projects while meeting deadlines? Accounting Clerk Job Responsibilities include:
Handling Accounts payable and Accounts receivable.
Maintaining general ledger for the firm's operating account.
Completing end of week and end of month task lists provided by Controller.
Process checks requests.
Maintaining vendor files and payment records.
Ensuring destruction of financial and client records.
Researching and communicating with vendors on as-needed basis.
Other responsibilities as tasked.
Accounting Clerk Desired knowledge and skills:
Strong work ethic and integrity.
Attention to detail.
Quick Books experience.
Ability to multitask.
Problem-solving skills.
English required.
Bilingual preferred.
Accounting Clerk Benefits include:
Salary range:
$16-$27 per hour depending on experience.
Working Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9am-5:
30pm Two weeks paid time off per year.
