The coordinator provides a seamless interface between Departments within the school, including the Registrar's Office and the students.
Representative Duties 1.
Assist faculty with graduate student advising and related tasks as required.
Serve as first point of contact for students, Direct students to appropriate services as needed.
2.
Coordinate and maintain communication with the President.
Provide administrative support of the graduate application and progress monitoring process, including monitoring financial aid processing and working closely with department GPAs within the School of Science.
3.
Prepare student warning letters 4.
Serve as point of contact for Undergraduate student leadership.
5.
Organize and facilitate meetings, programs, and special events including but not limited to student orientations, student workshops, open house, and graduation ceremonies.
6.
Maintain multiple student records by creation and maintenance of electronic files and use enterprise-wide systems to access data and generate reports from data as needed.
7.
Update and maintain undergraduate program material.
8.
Welcome on-site visitors; answer and route phone inquiries to appropriate personal; distribute daily mail.
Ensure conference rooms and public areas are organized and well presented.
Coordinate issuance of keys to departmental personnel.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
