The Performance Management Business Intelligence Lead (PMBL) is tasked with designing, developing and maintaining the performance management reports and visualizations or dashboards.
This includes redesign, where applicable, of current reporting framework, rationalization in an effort to reduce duplication, automation wherever possible and the inclusion of meaningful KPIs and external data where applicable.
The PMBL operates in a fast paced environment and must be able to juggle competing demands and, often, tight deadlines.
The PMBL works closely with key stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities as well as with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) Business Intelligence Reporting Team and IT partners to ensure our data infrastructure continues to support the business needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Design, develop, employ and maintain performance management reporting and interactive visualizations or dashboards for various internal and external clients, including, but not limited to:
Incentive Plan Participants, Team Leaders, Division Managers and/or Senior Executive Management.
Work in partnership with the Senior Finance Manager, Performance Management Lead and multiple stakeholders in order to assess reporting requirements.
Identify potential data gaps between business requirements and current data availability and/or infrastructure.
Works closely with the FPA Business Intelligence Reporting Team and IT partners to ensure the data framework supports the requirements.
Incorporate changes, make enhancements and update tools as necessary based on new business requirements, incentive plan changes and new plan methodologies.
Increase efficiency by constantly re-assessing processes, identifying opportunities for automation and/or improving data infrastructure.
Partner with the Performance Management Lead to ensure consistency in the calculation and application of performance metrics.
Conduct training to multiple stakeholders on how to navigate the various reports and visualization or dashboard tools available.
Responsible for addressing technical and conceptual inquiries from internal and external clients in a timely manner.
Conduct meetings as deemed necessary by key stakeholders.
Partner with Internal Audit on annual audit reviews and assist with audit requirements as needed.
Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.
e.
Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.
).
Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
Identifies and reports suspicious activity.
EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or STEM field required, though advanced degrees or specialization in a STEM field preferred.
EXPERIENCE Prior experience working in an Agile framework preferred.
Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards using SQL-based tools.
Demonstrated proficiency with Power BI, Tableau or other BI/Data Visualization tools.
Some proficiency in programming languages, particularly R, Python and SQL Experience working in cloud based environments, such as AWS preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Excel preferred, working knowledge required.
Ability to understand the business context and value derived from reports and dashboards.
Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships across different divisions within the entire company.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to articulate complex concepts into a format digestible by a diverse audience.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, manage competing initiatives and adapt to an ever changing work pace with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Prior relevant work experience preferred, but recent graduates will also be considered.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS MBA, CFA, FRM or progress towards any of these designations preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
