Summary:
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Understanding customer needs and requirements.
Closing business deals and handling account management and account growth.
Placing customer orders Handling customer service questions, inquiries, and issues Tracking and handling customer credits Communicating and working closely with marketing team to increase sales revenue Reviving old customer accounts Engaging in Sales Trade Shows Supporting the organization in any other administrative capacities Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in Sales.
Marketing experience is a plus.
Experience with high-end luxury products, lighting industry, and/or sculptures strongly desired.
Excel, Word, and Outlook is REQUIRED.
Shopify experience is REQUIRED.
