This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment that would include the classrooms, bathrooms, and offices.
The Full-time Custodian performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED diploma equivalent.
Must have a valid Florida driver's license.
Must have knowledge of cleaning procedures.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
without assistance.
One year of experience working in a custodial setting or environment preferred.
Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in custodial work.
Must be safety conscious and able to perform all work according to safe work practices while maintaining a safe, clean work area and tools, and report any hazards to the supervisor.
Must be supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic.
Church; experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred.
Must have a pleasant, service-oriented demeanor with good people skills.
Must have a professional demeanor.
