General Office Work Bilingual English/Spanish, must be fluent in both languages Data entry and filing (Project files, Daily Tool Box Talks, etc.
) Warranty forms and project insurances Order office supplies Send and organize samples/transmittals by mail Plan and schedule appointments/meetings Ability to prioritize and multitask Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously & meet deadlines Positive Team Player Strong Customer Service Skills Organization skills and creative thinking experience is a must (no exceptions) Will be responsible for creating & maintaining comprehensive project documentation Job Type:
