Summary:
The Acquisitions Manager plays a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing potential business opportunities for our organizationThis position requires exceptional analytical skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of market trendsThe Acquisitions Manager will lead the acquisition process from inception to completion, ensuring the successful integration of acquired assets into our portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition targets and assess their strategic fit with our organization.
- Analyze financial statements, business plans, and other relevant documents to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of potential acquisitions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, brokers, and investors, to facilitate deal sourcing and negotiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct due diligence, including legal, financial, and operational assessments of target companies.
- Lead negotiations, prepare and present proposals, manage contracts, and oversee the integration process post-acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, or corporate finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
