We are looking for passionate and motivated individual(s) with a strong work ethic to make an impact by supporting our Manufacturing team.
These operators will handle cGMP documentation, equipment operations, cleaning and general plant maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Operate, Clean and Setup all granulation Equipment such as sifter, milling machine, high-shear granulators, fluid bed granules, blending etc.
in the Manufacturing area (including assembly and disassembly) and operate as per the cGMP, Batch documents and SOP guidelines.
Follow and comply with safety /OSHA/FDA regulations in completing job duties.
Perform the documentation (Logbooks, Batch records and quality control documentation) required for all the Manufacturing Equipment's Operation/Cleaning/Setup including the Label/Tag for respective Manufacturing stage.
Follow with Manufacturing schedule and any related changeovers.
Check the change parts in the storage area for cleanliness and logbook documentation.
Should have the knowledge and experience of dispensing materials solids and liquids.
Verifies the correctness of all raw materials and components against the appropriate issue document to ensure that the correct materials are used during manufacturing processes.
Accurately weigh and blend various ingredients including active ingredients.
Perform the troubleshooting for any equipment/process related events during batch processing by duly making note in the batch records and informing the Production Supervisor.
Operates scales/measuring devices for batch record documentation.
Expected to perform other duties or to accept other assignments to compensate for workload shifts as the need arises in addition to responsibilities stated above.
Able to physically perform job functions (able to reach, stand, sit and walk) frequently and occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, crouch, climb or balance, kneel.
Must be able to life more than 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience in tablet press prefered Able to speak, read and write English.
Minimum 2 or more years of work experience in a fast-paced GMP/FDA regulated environment or relatable industry.
Any combination of experience, education, and training provides the level of knowledge, skills, and experience needed to successfully perform the job.
Ability to communicate information and direction clearly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and alertness throughout the shift.
