Responsibilities:
- Perform various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing excellent customer support - Manage calendars and schedule appointments for owner - Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software - Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries - Transcribe meeting notes and other important documents accurately - Assist with event planning and coordination as needed Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Canva - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed SPANISH SPEAKER RECOMMENDED!!!!! The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
