Receptionist/Assistant for Law Office Law office seeking a responsible person to work independently to proficiently answer 1 to 3 phone lines, and a valid driver's license and transportation is needed.
We are looking for someone with Legal Experience and not enrolled in school.
Answer Phones- (1 to 3 phone line) -Bilingual-English/Spanish.
Needs to have excellent communication skills.
Scan documents to client files and name them properly.
Make copies of documents and able to file documents correctly.
File and Open Cases on the E-Filing Portal.
Draft letters and documents using already prepared templates.
Billing on timeslips program for 1-2 attorneys.
Making coffee and keeping all community areas clean.
Order Office supplies and maintain the office supply inventory.
Run errands to the bank and other local business when needed.
Monday-Friday from 8:
30 am to 5:
30 pm lunch 1 hour.
Pay based on experience.
Would prefer a candidate that is currently not enrolled in school.

We have a hand sanitizing station at the front door and require all guest to wear a mask and sanitize their hands when entering the building.
Front desk has a protective shield and there are air purifiers in main rooms.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
