Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and clerical tasks to support legal proceedings- Manage and organize documents using document management systems- Transcribe legal documents, correspondence, and memos accurately- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of legal documents- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate parties with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as neededSkills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Proficiency in using document management systems and other legal software - Excellent attention to detail for accurate transcription and proofreading of legal documents - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with legal terminology, contracts, and legal procedures - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Must have family law experience in Miami-Dade and/or Broward County Must be fluent in English and Spanish Must live within 20 miles of Hialeah This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to join our team as a Legal Secretary.
