We are seeking an office manager to lead our administrative team and help us deliver exceptional patient care.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized and able to help implement and monitor operating systems and procedures.
ResponsibilitiesEfficiently manage the daily operations of the dental oficeLead and mentor staff to provide excellent patient experiencesOversee scheduling, billing, insurance processing, and financial managementHandle patient inquiries and concernsImplement and maintain office polices and procedures alongside Dental Service OrganizationMonitor and improve office efficiency and productivityCollaborate between dental office and Dental Service Organization to achieve practice goalsNegotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and service providersAccurately maintain general office budget QualificationsPrevious experience in Dental Office Management or similar position preferredLeadership skills to inspire and motivate office personnelProficiency in dental software and office management toolsExcellent time management, organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasksStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsCollege degree preferredEarning PotentialSalary $40,000
