You will be working hand in hand with our Marketing Manager on the daily organization of the projects and duties, you will be the point of contact between the team and the manager and the liaison between vendors and our company and so much more! If you have leadership, organizational and multitasking skills and love working in a fast-paced environment this is the job for you! Assistant Manager job duties but not limited are:
Lead the marketing team on their daily duties and projects and have an effective and clear communication about daily and monthly projects for the team.
Clear and constant communication between you and the marketing director about daily and monthly goals.
Liaison between the marketing director and the team.
Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to team members to ensure individual and team success.
Oversee the implementation of marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and successful execution.
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, both online and offline, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events execution successfully.
Communicate with company vendors.
Be present on company video shooting to secure previous agenda for the video execution is fulfilled.
Liaison between our radio and tv partners to organize the launch of our marketing projects in a timely manner.
Oversee the creation of marketing content, including graphics, videos, and written materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Create and maintain a marketing calendar to plan and schedule marketing activities, ensuring cohesive and timely execution of campaigns.
Monitor spending patterns and budget.
Develop good customer relationships.

Qualifications:
Must have the ability to speak Spanish and English fluently.
Ability to work Monday through Friday.
Salary range from $80000 to $90000 per year.
(Based on experience).
Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively.
Strong leadership and initiative.
Excellent delegator and mediator.
People person, able to provide excellent customer service.
Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
