Accurately picks orders for shipment and assemble various types of merchandise to be shipped as assigned Removes defective products or materials, placing them in a designated area for proper processing Notifies Product Development team of any quality control issues Loads the completed sale orders into designated areas for packing Maintains a clean and safe work environment in assigned aisles or areas Loads the completed sale orders onto the conveyor belt with proper package labeling and documents Unload containers as needed Flexible to move around and assist other departments as needed Actively participates in all one-on-one and group meetings Contributes to department teamwork by demonstrating strong time and attendance records, especially during month-end Helps reload shelfs with product as it arrives.

Experience:
Minimum of 1
years experience in a warehouse setting Experience with handheld devices (iPads) Skills Needed for Success:
Follows direction and works under pressure to meet deadlines Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Stress and time management skills Analytical, creative, practical problem-solving skills Customer service and interpersonal skills Work collaboratively and as part of a diverse team Highly enthusiastic, positive-minded, and composure in challenging situations Completes duties as a self-starter with minimum supervision Demonstrate sound work ethics Desired Characteristics &

While performing the duties of this role, the team member is frequently required to stand, walk, talk and hear- possibly in for prolonged periods at a time.
The team member frequently is required to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
The team member is occasionally required to climb or balance; and occasionally to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
