We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced person in Quality Assurance to join our team.
Quality Assurance will coordinate and execute all QA-related activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the QA will perform a variety of tasks, including shelf life tests, pre-operational checks, production checks, and more.
Responsibilities:
Perform pre-operational checks on equipment and production areas, Conduct GMP, Food safety and storage checks, Monitor the sanitation team and ensure master cleaning schedules are followed, Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, health and safety requirements, and environmental requirements, Monitor and maintain HACCP plans, Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions, Provide training and support to employees on quality-related matters Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or master's in a relevant field (e.
g.
, Food Science, Quality Management, or related discipline).
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety regulations, and quality management systems Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Daily Work Description and Tasks:
