Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple custom home projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance through site visits.
- Resolve project issues promptly and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
- Proven experience managing custom home projects.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
