Title: Industrial Process EngineerFields &
Experience: Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with min. 5 years related manufacturing industrial experienceThis position reports to the Industrial Engineering Manager. The successful candidate will have responsibility for process improvement of manufacturing processes and methods for cost-reduction, quality improvement and efficiency, evaluates equipment systems process needs and options. Direct functional responsibility includes process systems implementation and training, draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspace. Additionally you will interface with peer groups regarding procedures, product specifications, and manufacturing capabilities. Other responsibilities include operations sequence, material flow, quality control objectives and activities to ensure highest efficiency levels to maximize production throughput for profitable growth. Knowledge, Experience and Personal Attributes:Results oriented with a demonstrated track record of success, driving operational process improvement initiatives in high-growth manufacturing environment. Ideal background will include experience in a mid-sized growth-oriented manufacturing organization with keen appreciation for operational execution and continuous improvement mind set. Possess a strong ability to identify cost saving opportunities through data analysis and development of reporting systems and tools. Ability to lead productivity efficiency studies in all company areas. Change Agent with ability to influence others by supporting a culture of being daring, innovative, and decisive. Transforms problems through creativity into practical business solutions.Strong Project management skills.A proven track record of Industrial Engineering knowledge & experience in the following: TQM, Kaizen, AutoCad, Six Sigma, Lean, and Ergonomics.Warehouse & ERP systems experience Deliverables:Improve productivity and reduce costs to meet or exceed budget expense target. Improve quality and reduce customer credits. Reduce product waste on the production floor and decrease misprinted product.Reduce product shrinkage on the production floor.
