Business Development Manager - Financial Services

NW Recruiters is seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager. This role will be responsible for driving sales by developing client relationships with new and existing clients that will lead to new business; creating strategies to penetrate the marketplace; and building strong relationships with the internal delivery and leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
Developing business at new and existing clients in their area utilizing a consultative approach to identify and evaluate client needs and develop solutions
Significant prospecting into new accounts within the risk advisory, tax, and financial and accounting areas of the business as part of managing the specified territory
Execution against business development objectives, margin goals, and business strategies
Developing client relationships throughout the organization in each pertinent area of the business
Understanding of our client's lines of business/services and market within the region
Preparation and delivery of accurate and timely documents such as RFPs, SOW and MSA
Staying well informed on industry changes, participate where possible in professional organizations directly involved in the market
Sharing successes and ideas within the market and across verticals, stimulating cross-selling within our client's divisions
Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline within our CRM system
Assisting in the accuracy and timeliness of engagement paperwork and invoices
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in public accounting/auditing, including CPA certification a plus
Previous experience with business development/sales of professional services strongly preferred
Demonstrated enthusiasm for building a business, exhibiting a personal sense of urgency and capacity to overcome obstacles
An entrepreneurial individual who thrives on, and has demonstrated the ability to build and grow from the ground up a successful and dynamic practice
Ability to respond effectively and quickly to clients' needs and issues
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and communicate complex concepts/business issues verbally and in writing to clients, consultants and management
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects and proven ability to develop business relationships
Bachelor's degree required; preferably in accounting or finance
Outstanding ability to work within a team sales environment
Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and leadership skills required; strong command of the English language
Proven ability to successfully interface with executives, management, and procurement
Expertise with key Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Excellent attention to detail, follow-up and organization skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
